Walking

When children first start school, it is important that they know the correct route to take and if they have to cross the road that they know the proper place to cross. Parents are expected to be positive role models for their children by crossing the road correctly and at the right place, such as the pedestrian crossing.

Parking

All parents are asked to park on the road on either Omata Road or Endeavour Street. The side entrance, off Omata Road is for staff, the Ironside Mobility vehicles and parents of children with special needs and a school Parking Authority Card can access the Omata Road carpark. Parents with pre-schoolers attending TeKopae Piripono can use the drop off point at the end of the Omata Road carpark. Thank you for your co-operation.

Biking

All children riding bikes to school should have a good knowledge of the road rules and are legally required to wear cycle safety helmets. Children are also required to wear shoes or fitted sandals when riding a bike. Bicycle stands are provided and children are responsible for ensuring their bike is secured during school time.
